Financial Responsibility

• Payment is due in full prior to all cosmetic treatments and surgery
• Surgical deposits and cosmetic procedures are non-refundable unless stated otherwise
• MedSpa credits cannot be applied toward surgical procedures
• Credit card refunds are subject to an 8% processing fee

Products & Services

• Products and garments are non-refundable unless defective or a reaction occurs within 2 business days
• Weight loss and wellness services are non-refundable

Appointments

• Changes within 72 hours may result in a fee
• No-shows may incur a $75 fee
