Relieve the Pain and Discomfort of Cubital Tunnel Syndrome . . .

Cubital Tunnel

Cubital tunnel syndrome involves an irritation of the ulnar nerve where it crosses the inside of the elbow, causing a sensation similar to hitting your funny bone. This condition develops as a result of injury or pressure on the nerve and causes numbness and pain on the small finger or pinky side of the hand and wrist.

Cubital tunnel syndrome surgery is performed to relieve pressure on the ulnar nerve by moving the nerve out of the cubital tunnel or by removing the medial epicondyle. Both procedures are performed on an outpatient basis with sedation and anesthesia.
