Who Is a Candidate for Acne Removal?

Custome Facials
Our aesthetician performs custom facials that include cleansing, extractions, and soothing treatments.
They can treat current acne outbreaks as well as prevent future breakouts and correct damage from the past.
Microneedling
Microneedling involves the use of fine needles in a pen-like device that makes tiny micro-injuries to the skin. This stimulates the body’s natural healing processes to help your skin regenerate itself. Serums can also be applied during the process to boost your results. Microneedling does not help with active acne breakouts, but it can be used as an excellent treatment for scarring.
excel V™ laser treatment
The Excel V™ laser targets sebaceous glands in the skin to prevent acne breakouts and inflammation. The laser uses a combination of two light wavelengths to heat underneath the skin as well as a cooling attachment for your comfort.
Microdermabrasion
Microdermabrasion involves the use of a diamond embedded wand that is gently passed over the skin to exfoliate and polish as well as a suction device to clear impurities from the pores. This helps to clear the skin and prevent breakouts caused by blocked pores.
Recovery
Your recovery time will depend on what kind of treatment you receive. If you only undergo a facial, there is no recovery time involved. If you receive treatment with the excel V™ laser you will experience some redness, stinging and swelling but these effects will dissipate within a few days. Your aesthetician will let you know what to expect during your appointment.
Results
Your results will vary slightly depending on which treatment option you choose, but in general, you will see a clearer, smoother, more vibrant complexion. Acne can reemerge, so maintaining a healthy lifestyle and skin care regimen are important parts of keeping your skin clear. Your aesthetician will inform you of other ways to maintain your results, including topical creams and repeat treatments.
